Data we process
Depending on how you interact with FBridge, we may process:
- Identity, role, company name and business contact details that you provide.
- The contents of your enquiry, including ingredient requirements, specifications, volumes and timing.
- Appointment information that you submit directly through Cal.com.
- Communications, supplier notes and commercial records created while assessing or delivering a sourcing engagement.
- Basic technical and security logs processed by the website host when pages are requested.
The FBridge website does not currently contain an enquiry form or run its own advertising or analytics scripts. Clicking an email link opens your email service; clicking the booking link takes you to Cal.com.

Service providers and international transfers
Personal data may be processed by providers that support our operations, such as email, scheduling, website hosting, customer relationship management, accounting, legal and IT services. The public website is hosted by GitHub Pages, provided by GitHub, Inc. Appointment scheduling is provided by Cal.com when you choose that link.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism under the GDPR. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiries are retained while they remain relevant; client and commercial records are kept for the duration of the relationship and any legally required limitation, accounting or tax period. Data may be retained longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Your GDPR rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
