These terms govern use of the FBridge website operated by WEBRIDGE SOCIEDAD LIMITADA., NIF B26614370, at The Terminal Hub, C. de la Travesía, 46024 Valencia, Spain. By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the website.

Website information is not a commercial offer
We aim to keep the website clear and accurate, but its content is general information and may change. Ingredient examples, origin markets, supplier checks and the success-fee model do not constitute a binding offer, guarantee a supplier result or replace technical, legal, regulatory or quality assurance review by the buyer.

Sourcing services are agreed separately
Sending an email or booking a call does not create a client relationship. The exact ingredient search, markets, deliverables, timing, success event, fee, payment terms, confidentiality and responsibilities are defined in a separate proposal or agreement accepted by both parties.
The buyer remains responsible for approving suppliers and for its own technical, quality, regulatory, compliance and purchasing decisions. Unless expressly agreed in writing, FBridge does not act as the seller, importer, customs representative or manufacturer of the ingredient.

Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the website for lawful business information and contact. You must not disrupt its operation, test it for vulnerabilities without permission, introduce malicious code, scrape it abusively, attempt unauthorised access or use its content to infringe another person's rights.
The FBridge brand, site design, copy, photographs and original materials are protected by intellectual property law. No ownership rights are transferred to website visitors.
